Richard graduated from ESA Paris with the HMONP architect certification, has specialised since 2001 in the programming and production of large scale projects such as imposing by large parks, amusement parks, themed parks, zoos, water parks, natural parks and landscapes. Amongst many significant projects, as construction manager, program manager, work management as among others: Movie Park / Germany, Astérix park / France, Migros / Switzerland, Hellinikon program and studies / Greece, Zoo of Rabat / Morocco, Warner Brother’s / Spain etc.
The scale of work, the complex preliminary studies for the elaboration of these large projects require a multidisciplinary approach and an unquenchable passion that drives the for knowledge and the constant questioning.
He creates with his partners Green Capital Invest to take advantage of this vehicle to initiate and establish new models beyond current limitations that will provide for the planet and future generations.
